new layout/header

have lots to say but am quite tired as i haven't slept more than a couple of hours a night in days. distracted myself from life drama by playing around with css and layouts, made a header/banner graphic using GIMP (first time ever). uploaded lots of lovely icons i found linked from various sources as bsg_women. been writing. more to come tomorrow after i finally get some sleep maybe.

Thank you! I loved fooling around with the different tools in gimp. Definitely made the final result pretty close to what I had in my head, which usually *never* happens with this kind of shit.
