So much for Lee's pastry huh? : ) There's a lot to love in this story: tertiary educated-vego-progressive Lee stuck in a shitty podunk town; Kara's firebrand ways, but also her dignity; Karl's awesome role as brother/sponser/friend; the accuracy of Kacey's kid-speak (something that so many people screw up); the way you so perfectly transposed the realist dystopia of BSG into a real-world urban drama.
