Kara's little sister! Poll!

So, I think that maybe I'm embarking on a fic in which Kara is introduced in some way (at the end of the Worlds) to a younger half sister (by way of her father) that she previously knew nothing about. The sister will likely be aged 14-17, depending on how you lot feel about it. BUT, as is always the conflict when randomly adding a non-canon character, there's a lot of potential for this character to suck. So, that's where I need your help.
