I always get ridiculously excited when I see a new story from you in my inbox! I really loved the tone of this, how it was Kara making conscious choices to take her life and her self back. This, especially: Kara is two wings. Kara is an entire constellation. Aside from the fact that it makes no sense for Kara and SAM to get wings (wtf Sam didn't fly then, way to go idiot writers), Kara IS her own pair of wings. That sentence just hit me hard. Well done.
I love the hesitancy between Kara and Lee here, where she already knows what's going to happen but she's changed the rules. Lee just can't help himself, can he? I guess the same is said for Kara. :) I like the place they get to, where they can make choices to get closer to being together. Great job.
