Very nicely done. I like the conversation with the tattoo dude and the way things unfold with Lee. It's incredibly sweet and moving and hopeful, even though the trappings are ansgty. And I love your brilliant throwaway lines that just sneak in like the best kind of easter eggs (ie, "see Jane fly Vipers," "baptized by fire" and many many more.)
And the last line? Helluva good one. I'm always a sucker for a good last line. ;)
