Thank you so much, Em! I do try to make our pilots age-appropriate. It's so fun to explore what they might be like at different points in their lives. I'm so glad that you felt the hope here. Even though they're both fairly jaded -- Kara especially -- they're both in an emotional place where they're able to put it all on the line. I do think it makes sense that Lee would be one to make the first move, and seeing Lee's willingness to risk it, Kara would follow suit.
