Hee! It's okay! The comments I *have* gotten have been very sweet and generous. I recognize that the excerpts I wrote are not everyone's bag, and as a writer, when you make choices like that, you sometimes alienate certain readers. I do hope that more people will give the fic a chance. I think it has a lot of what's most fun about Kara and Lee -- several parts banter, several parts angst, several parts them overcoming ridiculous odds.
