ONLY SEVEN COMMENTS?!?! This may be the single most beautiful bit of BSG fic I've ever read and there are only SEVEN comments???
Well, I feel lucky to be one of the few who have been exposed to this and I plan to spread the word!
I highlighted this line as I was reading: investing in the hoax of living because I was floored by it. I know this feeling! And I know Lee and Kara both know this feeling (by now at least). Amazing. The melancholy you wrote for Lee is so right and so true and profound.
And yet, also there is such magnetism between them, such heat. And LOVE! *swoon* I absolutely love their shorthand, the energy between them. I want to wrap this fic around me and cuddle up with it as I sleep off the allnighter!
There are not enough words for how amazing this is. And how'd you come up with all that glorious Colonial Lit?? That alone was impressive! You could do a whole research series! *begs*
